The bronze pasta mould, suitable for the Pasta Machine 8000, can be used to produce top-quality home-made bigoli.
Highlights
- Diameter precision - uniform results With a pasta diameter of exactly 3 mm, the die ensures consistently uniform bigoli formats and thus reproducible quality in every production run.
- Authentic Bigoli structure thanks to bronze The high-quality bronze mould gives the bigoli a slightly rough surface - ideal for perfect adhesion of sauces and a traditional mouthfeel.
- Perfect compatibility with the Pasta Machine 8000 As a custom-fit accessory, the die has been specially developed for the 8000 model - for smooth processes and fast changeover times.
- Durable craft material Made from solid bronze, the die impresses with high dimensional stability, wear resistance and a long service life in continuous operation.
- Optimised for professional kitchen processes The die is easy to clean, quickly ready for use and designed for the high throughput of restaurants, catering and commercial kitchens.
- Italian tradition in modern production The classic Bigoli shape makes it possible to reinterpret traditional pasta - authentic in flavour, efficient in production.
