Ideal starter model with the practical lift function. The Salamander stands out thanks to the simple operation of the two heating zones and the effective radiators.
Highlights
- Two heating zones, double the efficiency With separately adjustable zones, you can optimise utilisation and prepare different dishes simultaneously with precision – for maximum flexibility in everyday kitchen use.
- Lift function for precise cooking The continuously height-adjustable heating elements allow you to control the distance to the heat source – for consistent results when gratinating, baking or caramelising.
- Robust stainless steel housing The durable stainless steel housing ensures easy cleaning and long service life, even under continuous daily use in professional kitchens.
- Full power on a 590 x 320 mm grilling surface The generous grate offers enough space for several portions at once – ideal for peak times or parallel preparation in catering operations.
- Grease collection tank for clean working Removable containers reliably collect excess grease – reducing cleaning times and improving operational hygiene.
- Up to 400 °C for fast results The powerful radiant heating elements reach high temperatures in a short time – ideal for quick gratins, toasts or finishing at high speed.
- Easy control unit with control lamps The intuitive toggle controls and clear operating indicators give you control at all times – even in a hectic kitchen environment.
