The 1.2 m wide pre-cleaning with sink and waste chute is designed for left-side attachment to the Bartscher feed-through dishwashers DS. A base shelf offers storage space for dishwasher baskets.
Highlights
- Optimal integration for smooth dishwashing operation Designed for precise left-side installation on Bartscher DS pass-through dishwashers – for a continuous and efficient work line in commercial kitchens.
- Splash guard for a cleaner environment A 110 mm high stainless steel splash guard effectively prevents water from escaping – protecting surrounding work areas and ensuring a more hygienic environment.
- 50-litre basin for convenient handling The generously sized 50-litre sink on the right makes it easier to pre-sort bulky dishes and offers sufficient space for soaking.
- Integrated waste chute for clean drainage The waste chute equipped with a rubber sleeve enables hygienic disposal of organic waste directly at the sink – saving time and improving workflow.
- Flexible height – ergonomic use Thanks to the height-adjustable base from 860 to 930 mm, the working height can be individually adjusted to suit kitchen staff – for back-friendly working.
- Practical base shelf for additional storage space The generous 685 x 500 mm area under the sink provides stable storage space for washing-up baskets – saving space and making it easier to organise the washing-up area.
