Aluminium pizza peel with 1000 mm handle and 280 x 280 mm blade – lightweight and durable. For pizzerias that want to slide pizzas into and remove them from the stone oven quickly and safely. Long handle for safe working with deep ovens.
Highlights
- Lightweight aluminium – maximum control The low weight of the pizza peel reduces strain during frequent use and enables precise work even under time pressure.
- 1 metre reach for safety and comfort The extra-long handle protects against heat and creates the optimum distance from the oven – ideal for commercial kitchens and deep pizza ovens.
- Perfect handling for every pizza With a width and depth of 280 mm, the peel offers sufficient space for standard pizza sizes – without wobbling, tilting or slipping.
- Robust in continuous use The sturdy aluminium construction is extremely resistant to heat, deformation and corrosion – for lasting reliability in everyday professional use.
- Convenient insertion and removal The smooth surface of the peel reduces friction and ensures effortless insertion and removal of the pizza – without losing dough or shifting the toppings.
- Hygienic and easy to clean Aluminium is food-safe, rust-free and easy to clean – for hygienic use in the kitchen, oven area and outdoor catering.
