Cast iron crêpe plates are the best prerequisite for a perfect wafer-thin, lightly browned, juicy crêpe. Crêpes can be easily produced using two different power levels on the two coated 40 cm plates.
Highlights
- Two zones, double the flexibility The separately adjustable crêpe plates allow you to work in parallel at different temperatures – ideal for a wide range of recipes and high-speed areas.
- Cast iron meets non-stick convenience The solid Teflon-coated cast iron plate uses optimal heat distribution for even browning with reduced sticking – for perfect crêpes with minimal effort.
- Efficient 6 kW gas output The powerful single-circuit star burner ensures fast heat-up times and energy efficiency – for high output even during peak periods.
- Robust stainless steel housing for everyday professional use The durable stainless steel design ensures longevity and easy cleaning – ideal for use in commercial kitchens and mobile catering stations.
- Electronic ignition – safe and quick to start The battery-powered ignition allows easy heating without open burners – a plus in terms of ease of use, even when time is of the essence.
- Can be used in the out-of-home market – ideal Thanks to its gas operation, compact size and operation without electricity, the device is perfect for events, markets and terrace sales – simply connect and start.
- Two power settings for finely tuned results The two-stage temperature control allows consistent baking of a wide variety of dough types – from delicate crêpes to hearty galettes, always cooked to perfection.
- Warming tray for optimal process flows The integrated warming tray beneath the crêpe plates allows finished crêpes to be stored directly between batches, ensuring consistently high output quality.
